MAVAOTIC is the umbrella, Jackster is the alter-ego and Mel is the artist behind it all. Mel is a multidisciplinary artist, producer, singer and songwriter. His music blends Synth Pop, Clown Pop and Circus Pop with a theatrical touch.

Mel explores identity and self-transformation, grounded in deeply personal experiences. A defining moment came when someone asked, “What do you have in your pants?” At the time identifying as a transgender man, Mel replied, “Jackpot.” What began as a joke became both a mask and a form of reclaiming his body and identity in the face of societal judgment, sexual objectification and dysphoria.

Mel explored human psychology, drawing inspiration from Carl Jung’s concepts of ego, persona, shadow, anima/animus and the self. Fascinated by clowns and the trickster, Mel embraces their symbolism through Jackster as a lens for exploring human complexity and pushing boundaries.
